Jiangsu Hsintai Chemical S&T CO.,Ltd. was established in November 2010 through the joint investment of Shanghai Shengtai Holdings (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Zhongdan Group Co., Ltd. The company has a registered capital of USD 33.4 million and is located in Taixing Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 400 mu.
The company manufactures and markets surfactant products, including fatty alcohols, fatty alcohol ethoxylates, and sodium fatty alcohol ether sulfates, primarily supplying raw materials to downstream industries such as daily-use chemicals and detergents. In the Taixing Economic Development Zone, the company is gradually establishing an integrated industrial park centered on raw materials for household and cleaning products, fostering a vertically aligned value chain that links upstream and downstream segments of the consumer goods sector. The project will be implemented in three phases: Phase I will involve the construction of facilities with an annual capacity of 100,000 tonnes of fatty alcohols and 120,000 tonnes of fatty alcohol ethoxylates, generating annual sales revenue of RMB 2.5 billion; Phase II will add capacity for 120,000 tonnes per year of sodium fatty alcohol ether sulfates, as well as 50,000 tonnes per year of tertiary amines, amine oxides, quaternary ammonium salts, and other related products; and Phase III will introduce a second production unit with an annual capacity of 100,000 tonnes of fatty alcohols and 120,000 tonnes of fatty alcohol ethoxylate series products. Upon completion of all phases, the company’s total surfactant production capacity will reach 200,000 tonnes per year of fatty alcohols, 240,000 tonnes per year of fatty alcohol ethoxylate series products, 120,000 tonnes per year of sodium fatty alcohol ether sulfates, and more than 50,000 tonnes per year of tertiary amines, amine oxides, and quaternary ammonium salts.
