Human Rights Policy of Jiangsu Hsintai Chemical S&T CO.,Ltd.

Hsintai Chemical fully fulfills its corporate social responsibility to safeguard the basic human rights of all employees, and recognizes and adheres to various international human rights conventions such as the “United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights,” the “United Nations Global Compact,” the “United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights,” and the “International Labour Organization of the United Nations.” It prohibits any infringement or violation of human rights and explicitly commits to treating and respecting all employees with fairness and equity.

Hsintai Chemical’s human rights policy complies with labor and gender equality regulations and has established measures related to human rights protection, labor policies, and implementation. The company’s human rights policy is as follows:

Upon completion of the entire project, the company’s production capacity for surfactants will reach: 200,000 tonnes per year of fatty alcohols, 240,000 tonnes per year of fatty alcohol ethoxylates, 120,000 tonnes per year of sodium fatty alcohol ether sulfates, and more than 50,000 tonnes per year of tertiary amines, amine oxides, and quaternary ammonium salts.
